1. Eligibility

By registering on KanyadanWeddings, you affirm that you are legally competent to marry under applicable Indian law (minimum 21 years of age for men and 18 years of age for women) and intend to seek a matrimonial alliance.

2. Account Authenticity & Truthfulness

All profile information, education details, career credentials, marital status, and photographs provided must be accurate, truthful, and representative of the person for whom the account is registered. Misrepresentation may result in immediate profile suspension and forfeiture of memberships.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from soliciting commercial transactions, requesting financial transfers, using abusive language, sharing inappropriate media, or harassing other members.

4. Verification & Due Diligence

While KanyadanWeddings performs government ID screening, members and their families are strongly encouraged to exercise their own reasonable due diligence and background verification before formalizing any matrimonial commitments.
