Yes! Creating an account is 100% free. You can browse profiles, send limited interests, and complete your profile at no cost. Premium Silver and Gold plans unlock unlimited interests, direct contact details, and advanced features.
Click "Register Free" on the home page, enter your name, email, gender, and date of birth, and create a password. You'll receive an OTP to verify your email, then you can start completing your profile.
A complete profile includes your photo, height, religion, caste, education, occupation, annual income, city, about me, and partner preferences. A complete profile gets 5× more responses.
Privacy & Safety
Contact details are only visible to members whose interest you have accepted. Free members can see contact details only after mutual acceptance. Silver/Gold members get direct contact access on accepted interests.
Yes. Go to Settings → Privacy to block specific users or hide your profile from anyone not matching your partner preferences.
We use bank-grade encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit, and all passwords are bcrypt-hashed. We never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Click the "Report" button on any profile page and select the reason. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Interests & Matching
Free members can send up to 5 interests total. Silver members get 30 per month. Gold members get unlimited interests.
The other person receives a notification via email/WhatsApp. They can accept, decline, or ignore. If they accept, both of you can view each other's contact details (based on plan).
Kundali Milan is an Ashta-Koota compatibility scoring system (0–36 points) based on birth stars (Nakshatra). A score of 18+ is considered good, 24+ is excellent. Visit the Kundali page to check compatibility.
Recommended Matches are based on your partner preferences (age range, height, religion, caste, education, occupation) plus Kundali compatibility scoring. The algorithm shows you the most compatible profiles that have recently been active.
Subscriptions & Payment
Silver plan includes: 30 interests/month, view contact details on accepted interests, advanced search filters, biodata PDF download, and priority profile listing.
Gold plan includes: Unlimited interests, view all contact details directly, top search listing, dedicated Relationship Manager, Kundali Milan reports, WhatsApp notifications, and full family portal access.
Yes. We use Razorpay and Cashfree — RBI-approved payment gateways — for all transactions. We never store your card details.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once the plan is activated. If you face any issue, please contact our support team within 48 hours of payment.
Account & Profile
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your profile will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also contact support@kanyadan.com to request deletion.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't receive it.
Go to your Profile → Edit → Contact Details. A new OTP will be sent to verify the updated information.
The Family Portal lets you share your profile search with trusted family members. Generate a family access code from your dashboard and give it to family members so they can search and shortlist profiles on your behalf.
